How did you know your Husband/Wife was the ONE?

I know it may sound cliche and cheesy, but I'm really wondering, how did you know who it is to marry? Some say it's when everything falls into place and smooth. Others say you'll feel it when you've found that someone. Still others say you don't really know. So, what was it for you? If possible could you describe the 'feeling' when you felt he/she was the one? I'm asking this question because I have a feeling of wanting someone to be the 'one' but I'm not really certain if he feels the same way. What hints could you tell me to know if he's the one? By the way, we've been together for 4years now. Been through a lot. I have introduced him to my family. He has introduced me to his family as well.

I still ask the same question once in a while especially when we're fighting. LOL We've been together for 1 year and a half, he asked me to marry him when he was still courting, of course I did not believe him. A week after we've bacame official he asked me if I wan't to go with him to their province to meet his family, I answered no, I'm not ready and I guess meeting the parents is way too serious. When we went to a party I saw the guy whom I used to be head over heels. I thought that I would still feel the same but I never felt a thing even he walked in front of us for a couple of times. What I felt was my boyfriend's lips on my cheek and his arms around me. That's the time I think that what matters most is my boyfriend because it seems that he's the only one I feel and hear. When I finally agreed to meet his parent I was shocked because I thought that I will only meet his immediate family but everyones their, his grand parents, cousins, uncles, aunts, old classmates and neighbors. Really overwhelming experience.

Yes I did a couple of times because I don't believe in gossips. Most of our officemates that time which are his brods (well he call them brod because they came from the same fraternity) often told me that the first time he saw my resume his eyes twinkled and often times catched him looking at the picture in my resume. They even informed me on my first day at work that someone is waiting for me for almost a month. Well I took it as a joke because they love teasing me, I really don't know why. On my first week he started offering me help in everything I do in the office, texting me during the weekends, doing a lot of things so I could notice him. He even tried snorkeling even though he's having a hard time swimming and joined the company's choir group so he could spend a time with me during practices. When we're official I verified the stories told by his friends he said yes it is true. I asked him why? He don't even know me, it was just a picture and I don't even looked good on that one. He answered me I really don't know. But after he saw my picture something really struck him. And even imagined me as the mother of his kids even though we haven't met personally. That's the time he realized that I'm the one he's been waiting for and willing to do anything so we could end up together.
