I am a health conscious man because I believe in "wear and tear" of our human tissues. As we grow older we need to have a regular body exercise and right food nutrients and right vitamins.
Aside from our vitamins and right foods do you often exercise?
What form of exercise do you do?
Can you share with us?

I am very Health conscious when it comes to making sure I eat Healthy. As for excercising besides walking from time to time, I cannot do a lot of the other stuff due to other Heath issues. But I do take a natural supplement which helps with Vitamins, etc. and drinking lots of water. Would Love to sometimes do more like working out on a Treadmill or something, but due to being an Insulin dependant diabetic, etc. it would be up to a Doctor's approval for sure.

Hi Friends,
This is very important that you have a regularity in the diet and a bit of exercise is necessary to keep up a good health.
Many people are not aware of the fact that eating irregularly could cause lots of problems related to the digestive system.
I usually do free hand exercise in the morning and evening to burn my fats.

gosh I wish I was much more health conscious than I am do not exercise because the extreme pain that I am always in. It is just awful. Probably if I had taken better care of myself when I was younger I would not be like this now.

I got your point on that ma', I understand your situation and I am really sorry for that. Anyway, there are still some ways to maintain good health specially in your case. One of that is be conscious of the food intake you would have everyday because I understand you have a slow metabolism in your case..and always take nutritious foods...Please do take good care always ma'm..CHeers

I try to go to the gym everyday. Cardio's for at least 30 minutes. If I can do 1 hour, I do 1 hour. I lift weights every other day. If my sched does not allow me to go to the gym, I play badminton with friends or I box. I can't live without exercise.

I appreciate that. You must be a sexy lady. The most important there is we must find separate time for our daily job and our regular exercise daily or every other day. Me, just finished my jogging as I wrote this. Keep it up. Have a nice healthy day ahead...Cheers
