What's wrong with nomincashout?

today I found that I can not log in nomincashout.com when I log in it. it told me that an error occuered. will it be a scam again? do you meet the same thing? how do you feel about this?

I stopped this site a long time ago. after i reached payout and still not gotten it.. i gave up. Until i get paid I will not participate in this site. Good luck!
