I think sleep is a good cure for a lot of things. I find that I also feel lethargic the next morning, so if I have some energetic activity to persue like a round of golf early on a Saturday morning then I drink a Red Bull before I tee off. I know some of my friends say it doesn't work for them but it really works well for me. If I am just loafing around then a good breakfast with lots of coffee is a good cure. There is another way to avoid a hangover and that is to stay drunk - hehe

I don't know why, but I haven't had any serious hangovers lately. The only time I do is is when I've been a bad girl, eating too many sweets, and not drinking enough water. And they feel like train wrecks and not just something easy to sleep off, either.

Yeah, it has to do with my hypoglycemia. Personally, I'm a vodka and rum kind of girl, but not eating healthy and then drinking something like bacardi 151 can result in a train wreck of a hangover. Hehe.

well iv never had a hang over, but i was told one in spain when i was 16 buy some seedless green olives and some green chillies and put the chilli through the olive and eat it. Apparently that will help get rid of your hang over i was eating them all the time cos i like how it tasted.

drinking plenty of water first thing in the morning when i get up with a hang over always works for me as most of what your body is experiencing is from dehydration so you need lots of fluids to relace the lost ones

oh yes, i forgot about that! the lovely cool glass of water, i put a glass of water at the side of my bed because often i wake up in the middle of the night like a fish!! haha gasping for hydration

water is the key to cute hangovers!!! first, prevent hangover by gulping down a large cup of water however drunk and full you are before you sleep. make sure the cup is filled up and leave it there. now to further cure the residual effect, drink down the cup of water again when you wake up and you will be ok by then!! what you need to do to cute hangover is simply to hydrate yourself! cheers!

A Proven Hang Over Cure: just cut a lemon into half and squeze the lemon juice neat onto your tongue .... 3 - 4 drops of pure lemon juice will cure your hangover within seconds

Well I have a hangover now, because of a big famiy get together and I will have to agree with you. I have tried all sorts of stuff right down to the raw egg&hot sauce(UGH) which only made me even more sick to my stomach. The only thing I do now other than sleep, rest& water is popsicles, and a little greasy food after tummy quits being queasy.
