Child raised by dogs while family sits and watches

Yes - you read that right. This child can't talk - she barks! Even though she understands Russian, she cannot speak or eat or walk like a human because she was kept caged with the dogs and cats who apparently saw to her needs. She barks, laps food from a dish, understands being spoken to, but apparently is unable to speak back in return. All while her grandparents and father looked on.

And her other grandparents thought her MOTHER wasn't caring for her???? Didn't they even care to check on her, to visit her or anything?? Apparently, no one on either side gave a damn about her. I hope every single one of them is locked away and treated in a like manner!!!
What do you think is an appropriate punishment for these less than human creatures?? Even the dogs were more humane than they were!!

It is difficult to belived that has been happened on the world. nowatodays, every family only have one child,all of partents love their son/daughter like princess/prince.give them best studing,eating food, or other thing which is their child wanted.and all the boys/girls lovely, cute, clearly. that is a normal family.

I learned this news from TV yesterday. It is hard to believe. I really don't understand what's wrong with her family. What's wrong with his dad? Although he divorced with his wife, but it doesn't mean that he has to treat their own child so badly. The news said this father took away this child from his wife. Perhaps this father will be sentenced to put in the jail for three years. I think it's too short and not enough for him. I don't understand why there can be a parent like that. He is just so sick.

Oh Jerz; What a horrible thing for that child, all of them should be severely punished; How could they just sit there and do nothing? I'm so mad I can't even type making tons of mistakes here;

I hope they arrest the father and grandparents for child abuse and neglect! I can't believe people can do something like this, see it happen and just ignore it! It is apalling and digusting! This people are truly sick in the head and should be shot for what then did to this girl! It will take years to reprogram this girl and she may never normal! I feel sorry for her not her relatives!

That is absolutely horrid. It makes me so mad to hear of any child being treated unfairly. That child may never be able to live a nirmal life and feel love and trust. They need to have the exact thing done to them. Only with no dogs there to show they care because they don't even have the compassion to be treated as such.

This is actually quite a common occurance. You hear about feral children all the time. There are several studies done on several children, especially from several years ago about feral children. They're quite fascinating, although disturbing, it's interesting to see that the place you are raised and the people you are raised with, really make you the person that you are.
The family that just sat by and watched it happen, well they need to be tried and jailed for child abuse. No excuses, they neglected her.

I cannot believe any family could do that to a child! That child will be scared for life. I wonder how they found out that she was being neglected. I hope that she will be able to act like a normal kid when she gets older. I want everyone in that family locked up for what they did to this poor girl!

Yikes I hope that poor girl can be "retrained" to act "human" again. What kind of sick parents and family members did she have anyway? I'm glad they managed to find her though and take her away from her family. And you're right...the family should be caged but not with dogs or cats---how about hungry tigers???

I cannot imagine someone doing this to a child. This is an unreachable idea in my head. I think all of these people should be locked away and left to rot in their own filfth.

Wow,it is great news and awsome.But it also upset me too because why human can take care their children like other animal.Human should ashame to animal because they have a brain but never have a love to their own kid.Maybe they are the crazy person who are never have feeling.
