Until now I'm only have maximum of 15 responses at one of my discussion. How about you? I don't know exactly what makes people interest to respond, it's kinda random or may be because luck. Because for me it's hard to learn people pattern, sometimes they like answering a simple question. But sometime my topic have zero interest. What do you think?

Hi.. the maximum responses I received from my discussion is 22.. I don't know why it has reached that because it's just about my habit and I decided to ask about their opinions then surprisingly, there were many responses I got.. I also have discussions with only 1 response maybe because it's not an interesting topic..heheh

Twenty two, that's quite a lot response. I wonder there are also people who had more than 30 responses in one discussion, is it because they just lucky or because they know "the trick" about attracting people to respond on their discussion. If it does, wow I think I must learn from them. You have minimum 1 response, that still better than mine. Worst than yours, me has zero response on one of my topic, I wish that topic is the only worst topic I ever had.

hi flaredust!
i have only one discussion made and it just made i think 2 or 3 responses. i made it when i first got up here. i asked if this site is true, and they said it really pays you.. right now, im not interested in making my own discussion. i only allot my time here reading and answering others' discussion. maybe this was not the right time for me making a new topic. i think i have to improve my english skills first. because like you, im a filipino and im trying to to improve my skills...

At least you already had hundreds, compared to the other member here, you are one of successful discussion starter. For me, it is only 15 or 16 responses, even it's not very large amount of responses, but I'm happy enough to had those responses, because in one of my "successful" topic, many people seems to enjoy their comment and interact more with me than the other discussion's I had.

Me too i am wondering how to start a discussion that really catches people's interest because it's not easy to read people's mind and we cannot get the right guess all the time. But here in mylot, most of the time i only responded to interesting discussions because it's not easy to start a discussion here.But i used to get a maximum maybe of 8 responses only to some of my started topics and for now i can't think of anything yet . So better yet, just to respond to the messages of some mylotters who want our ideas and opinions because sometimes it's helpful for them and they can apply it in their real life.

That's way I called it random, because people usually response to something based on their mood. Not every people like the same topic everyday. Sometimes they like simple discussion, but another day they want some deep discussion. I think the smartest people could not 100 percent success rate to indicate a topic that most people love today.
