Is pool water safe for kids?

I was thinking of joining my daughter to the swimming classes at a pool near our house, but I have now second thoughts as the water is not fit and dirty, It seems it is not often cleaned and chlorinated. Many of the swimers often make it dirty due to wrong habits. Is it safe?

Its depend on you if you watch your kids while they are swimming.. we cant says that pool or a sea a safe for kids everything is not safe unless you secure the safetiness of your kids.
