Yes that is another big scam, I reached minimum payout but i was never paid, Always go online for the reviews on these sites before you sign up.

Someone posted a payment proof in the string (several months ago), but to my experience of online earning programs, sites with "money" (i.e. 1centemail) are no more than the big scams, so I would not give my effort in this kind of chance. Manual surfing, like Easyhits4U, Traffic9 to me, are just TE sites to me, I don't think too much about the cash, though. (just regard it as an extra and you'll be more relieved)
