Not sure if I agree he is the best but for moral he is probably the best person in the world. Lifts he's team at any point to the highest possible level.

There are many like pele, maradona, messi, and more. But my favorite has to be Zidane. If you exclude the incident of headbutting i think he is still one of the best player.

Xavi is my favourite he's been my idol for years, he is really entertaining guy to watch. Along with Messi and Iniesta, each time he touches the ball you know there is a goal coming, i love the way how he works hard in the midfield winning balls, control them and the placing a defence splitting pass for either Messi or Eto'o to latch onto. That pretty much explains why Eto'o has 29 goals this season and Xavi has 20 assists. He performs really well i.e in Champions league final he hit the post from a set piece and crossed a beauty for Messi to score. Other players i like Iniesta,Torres,Pato and Giovinco and legends Casillas,Del piero,Henry and Maldini (sorry abit off topic :-) )
