I don't know why Apply MacBook design doesn't add fan side flow and bottom side flow. I'm the customer have "FEEL" hot and I think isn't warm because I feel over than 45deg. Please give me any suggestion to prevent this or any body have experience about this case ?

I take it you want to actually rest the laptop in your lap. You can buy a cooler that has fans attached that will cool the laptop. But this is more of a table top solution. I don't think the fan device will be comfortable on your lap and it will require a power source and the fans usually are noisy. On the other had, there are laptop cooling pads with some substance inside that will absorb the heat. This will probably be a little more comfortable for your lap. And it is pretty inexpensive and quiet and requires no power. It's not unusual for laptops to get pretty hot after using them for a while.
