For woman only although if your a doctor, maybe you can answer also (lol). I noticed that my period is getting crazy. Last month, i think i only have spots, not the heavy flow but small spots in my underwear. Then this month, i have spots last week, then it was gone but last wednesday, it start again. Although it is not heavy again but at least it is not a small spots. My usual is heavy flow, thats why i used thick and heavy flow napkin. I was making a joke that, i maybe starting my menopausal stage since i started young but im just 36. Anybody have knowledge about this or do you also experience this?

There may be a possibility that you are stressed, and thus, your period is getting crazy. I have had such crazy period once before too, but it reverted back to normal in the next month. However, if you're worried about it, I will say that you should just go to your family doctor. I think there's no harm checking with the doctor as long as it makes you feel better...

yeah that happens to me too sometimes and I think its down to your diet. If you are not having a balanced diet it affects your period patterns. Plus if you are using some sort of contraception and not following the procedures properly that also messes up the system. When I was on the pill sometimes I forgot to take it really messed up the whole system. So apart from stress I would definitely check your diet. I used to eat a lot of junk food and fizzy drinks but then the doctor advised me to have a balanced diet (fruits, vegetables, proteins, carbohydrates etc) plus increase your daily intake of water. People under estimate the importance of drinking water. Water clears out not only your digestive system but it helps in stabilizing a regular flow of your period. I try to drink as much water as I can in a day and that's helped solved my irregular flow problem. Plus take some supplement tablets like vitamins, iron and zinc... hope that helps
