paypal dont charge us for small transactions upto a certain extent , if we want to recive a large payment or want to transfer some huge money to our bank accounts , then we can divide our funds into parts which are free from charge & then recive or send , therefore we will not get charged on them. is this an good idea or paypal has made such restrictions on these , like sending a limited number of payments or withdrawing. what are your thougts about this or did anyone had such type of experience . shri.

It depends what country you are in. Paypal will charge 35USD each time for wiring transfer funds to my China bank account. And it's free to transfer funds to Hong Kong account if the amount is larger than 1000HKD, and charge 3.5HKD if it is less than 1000HKD Just log into your paypal account, and go to the withdraw page, you'll see the if it is free to you to transfer funds to your bank account.

it sounds pretty good. As long as its free, I don;t think there is any problem with splitting the money to be spent.
