As sent to me by a friend on the internet: The 12-step chocoholics program: Never be more than 12 steps away from chocolate. PAY ATTENTION The Rules of Chocolate 1. If you've got melted chocolate all over your hands, you're eating it too slowly. 2. Chocolate covered raisins, cherries, orange slices and strawberries all count as fruit, so eat as many as you want. 3. The problem: How to get two pounds of chocolate home from the store in a hot car. The solution: Eat it in the parking lot. 4. Diet tip: Eat a chocolate bar before each meal. It'll take the edge off your appetite and you'll eat less. 5. If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves. 6. If I eat equal amounts of dark chocolate and white chocolate, is that a balanced diet? Don't they actually counteract each other? 7. Money talks. Chocolate sings. 8. Chocolate has many preservatives. Preservatives make you look younger. 9. Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done. 10. A nice box of chocolates can provide your total daily intake of calories in one place. Isn't that handy? 11. If you can't eat all your chocolate, it will keep in the freezer. But if you can't eat all your chocolate, what's wrong with you? MOST OF ALL ENJOY YOUR CHOLCOLATE

Haha these are very good excuses to eat chocolate makes me wanna grab one right now hahaha. I love hershey's dark chocolate! Another thing though Chocolate actually perks you up within the day. Similar to what coffee does to us.

People of all ages love and eat chocolate. Chocolate is good for health also. It makes our heart strong. But excessive eating of chocolate may create opposite affect.Fatty persons should eat less chocolate. They should control their tongues.

Funny! This is very apt for me at the moment because I have chocolate in the fridge right now…Uhmmmmmm… I love it, this a 12 step program I want to be on! I especially appreciate No .5. If calories are an issue, store your chocolate on top of the fridge. Calories are afraid of heights, and they will jump out of the chocolate to protect themselves and no 10. A nice box of chocolates can provide your total daily intake of calories in one place. Isn't that handy? It is too good, thanks pat, I will enjoy my chocolate now without guilt after all preservatives make you look younger and I have been looking a little tired lately…

I love chocolate but I do ate them sparingly. I ate them with great enjoyment. Chocolate ice cream, chocolate bars are delicious. In Philippines during morning and raining they ate hot Champorado (chocolate rice pottage) delicious with milk and sugar. While in Summer heat they put in refrigerator and when it is chill they put milk and so tasty, I love it. Philippine Halo-Halo is delicious, too. But too sweet. Filipino people likes it. I found chocolate tree in the Philippine Island called Madre Cacao. The seed became chocolate. And Cafe Barako local coffee Philippine Blend of Aroma. And Philippine Chocolates are good, too.

I like the chocolate rules. I am a chocoholic and now I want to have some. I like the diet tip best another words eat your dessert before your meal and you will want less of your meal. This works for me I'll have to try this soon.

LOL I LOVE IT!! I am a #1 Chocoholic and not ashamed after all, it is better than being addicted to anything else that may actually be really bad for you. All things in moderation are okay but chocolate RULES!!
