Where would you rather visit?

1. An island in the Caribbean Sea staying in a guest house.
2. Machu Picchu in Peru staying in a tent.
3. Off beach in the Philippines in a thatched beach hut.
4. On the way up a mountain in Austria staying in a wooden chalet.
5. New York staying in a backpackers hostel.
Which trip would you be most likely to choose and why?

Probably the Philippines staying in the thatched hut as it sounds different and so tranquil right on the beach! I looked ta doing something like that in Thailand so yes that would be my ideal choice from all of those options! x

Im not that too picky but I'd rather go on the following for a vacation or do some sort of relaxation:
1. The Bahamas
2. Boracay, Philippines
3. Hong Kong for Shopping
4. Singapore for shopping also
5. and China to see the Great Wall!
I love to see these places.

I'm glad that you included the Philippines as one of the choices 
but if I'd be given a chance to choose among them that would definitely up the mountain in Austria staying in a wooden chalet. I just love the view of the mountain it feels like I'm on top of the world

Since I love the water it has to be on an Island in a guest house.
If there was a lake in Austria up the mountain then I stay there.

When I was a bit younger, I'd have gone for any of these that I could possibly afford to get to. These days I go more for comfort so it would probably be number 1 for the guest house. But I have been thinking there are still plenty of places in my own country, Britain, that I haven't seen yet. For starters I'd love to have a camper van (and a spare driver) to take a year or so and go all the way around the coast.
