How do you think about office romance

Currently, two of my workmates seem to fall in love with each other.
They now live at separate rooms in a big house. Maybe they'll go to
live in the same room soon.
They often ask for leave at the same day, we don't know what they do.
Maybe, they go outside together for a travel?
What is the advantages and disadvantages of office romance?
Can you share with us, thank you.

The advantage is that you get to see one another fairly easily and can have lunch almost everyday so that if you desire, you don't lose any moment of seeing one another. But then, that is also the disadvantage because seeing one another too often when the relationship is still not deep enough means more conflicts may occur unresolved. These will affect how the relationship grow.

I think it is Ok to see each other very often at this time, because
if they'll marry soon, a more firm relationship can be built between
them.
And afterwards, if they think they see each other so frequently
that there is not any freshness more. One of them can apply for a
position in another company. In this way, they always keep attractive to
each other.
I'm a colleague of them. If all of you support such method of romance,
I'll try to find another half in our office. Yes!:)
