Oh my god,i have many recipe to make delicious food,but i don't have some oven,microwave to make cake. So i just make some fried rice,some food which is simple. I am really want to buy,but i am afraid with electric,expensive to pay for tax. So ,...what will you do..? And what should i do

I have an oven and when I use it a lot it's not that expensive on electricity. It's not one of those big ovens but it is bigger than oven toasters. The biggest I can bake is a 12 inch pizza.
Oven toasters consumes less electricity, you might want to buy this instead of a large oven. You can still bake cupcakes and muffins but it would be smaller. I also tried steaming banana bread. You just need a steamer.
