First of all, welcome to myLot! Hope you enjoy your time here Seems like you can speak some english so I recommend the way I learned english: read english books and watch english movies/tv shows without subtitles. YouTube is very helpful in the latter one. Also use many english forums or something like myLot. Those are the things that have helped me the most. Also use vocabulary when you don't understand some word or don't know how to say it in english. That way you might very well remember it the next time you need that word. And try internet vocabularies when you're surfing the net, they're very easy to use. Hope that helps!

When watching english movies without subtitles I usually put more volume and concentrate on the speech. But if that doesn't work, maybe you can try to watch them WITH subtitles but still try to not pay attention to the subtitles. If there's something you don't understand, just look at the subtitles and you might learn what it means. That has also worked for me.

Oh, and remember to start by watching movies with clearly speaking people. If you find english accent very hard to understand, I don't recommend trying Monty Pyhtons as the first thing

The best way to learn anything is to practice it. If you want to improve on your English, talk to people in English. If you know someone who is good in English, talk to the person more often and tell him/her to correct you if he/she notices you made a mistake. You could also read books in English. Look up the meanings of words you don't understand in a dictionary. Reading would help you learn how to use tenses and how to phrase your sentences well. :) Goodluck!

well learning english is not that tough if you do it in a proper way. There are tutors who teach you how to talk english fluently plus they even teach you the diffrence between certain words.with the help of these qualified tutors you can gain a lot of confidence in speaking and learning english.English is by the way a very weird language, it has got various pronounciations for similar line words like "but" and "put". lol cheers!
