Hello all I have been a member here for a long time now , even though am not a big participant , it is due to many reasons ... I feel that the website is not dynamic as new websites are , it gives you an impression that it is somehow old ... I face a lot of problems to collect my payments, as PayPal is not active in my country so I have to find another method to collect my payments also the minimum amount for payment is not achievable for new Mylotters, they might need long duration to collect their first payment ... I hope that the administrators will see this discussion and help us to get over these problems which we are facing here I hope that everybody will give us his/ her feedback about Mylot , so we can make it a better website or maybe the best

I also find thesite quite slow especially as you need to go to many dfferent pages to find what you are looking for!! Lots and lots of different pages.. maybe the MyLot admins can look at simplification!!! Also i signed up for MyLot three years ago and have left it fr a while and seem to have lost the earnings i made at the beginning!!

In the FAQ on earnings (you can read it here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx ) it says: I haven’t posted anything on myLot for several months. I logged into my account today and my earnings are missing what happened to them? * Our terms of use state that if you don’t login to your account at least once over a 90 day/3 month consecutive period of time your earnings are forfeited. Please remember to login at least once every 90 days. You don’t need to post any new discussions or respond to discussions, you just need to login to your account so that we know your account has not gone idle. So, just make sure you log in now and again, even if you aren't going to participate at that moment -- you'll keep your account active and you won't lose your earnings :) Good luck to you!

I have only one problem with myLot - there should be a time limit so that you cannot stay on here too long I come on in the morning if I am at home and I'm still here at bedtime. I have loads of ironing which never gets done because I keep finding disussions to join in with, friends to respond to and fun to be had. That is the problem with myLot!

I am sorry to hear that you have problems with getting payouts. Perhaps the mylot administration are working on that issue, and solve the problme for you. But from that, I do not agree with you, I think mylot is a great place to be if you like to find new people, get friends and like to write a lot. There might be an old site, I joined in 2007 but so far, I think why change something people do know and recognize

They also don't pay me enoughhhhhhh ... they are very cheap ... I spent 6 hours this day sending discussions and comments and uploading photos for 0.05 dollar ... add to that am Arabian and can't write of my native language here ... I think this site has many Arabs so the moderator should allow us to write by out native language ... what do you think ?

Actually, they aren't cheap. They pay better and more consistently than some other sites of this type... but to earn well, you have to read and understand the guidelines and help yourself to earn. I see that you're new so I had a look at your profile to see if I could offer you some suggestions and there are two things I can mention right away. For one, you have started many discussions but I only see that you go back and make one or two comments to those that respond to what you have started. You are not going to earn for what other people post to you. You are compensated for what you do. So, when people start to post responses, it's helpful if you keep your discussions active by adding quality comments. Another thing I notice is that you started a discussion where you ask people to post responses that are one or two lines long. The discussion guidelines ask us to "Please make sure you give your best effort to respond with quality responses." A one or even two line response is so brief that it doesn't open up much opportunity for ongoing quality discussion. There are other ways to earn at myLot besides posting discussions and photos. You might consider reading up on tasks and blogs (use the FAQs / Frequently Asked Questions section for good information: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq.aspx ) and perhaps those are something that will interest you. I hope you will find some of this helpful as you get started here. Welcome aboard and best of luck to you :)

Thank you 3orabi , and thank you Thinkingoutloud I don't deny that most of my posts are short, maybe because I wanted to do as much as possible of posts .. but from day on I will do my best to make my posts longer , with better quality , and I will keep updating my posts so it will attract more viewers and comments

I find that it runs slow at times, but other than that, I really don't find anything wrong with mylot at all. I have been here since April, and I haven't made payout yet, but I am getting closer everyday. I know I will have it next month sometime and more than likely, I will go over the payout. I am not going to push myself to make payout though, as I just do the best I can. I try to post as good a posts as I can, and as many as I can. I have other sites I do too, so I divide my time up between them so I am in and out here all day. It is easy to make payout here if a person works at it. I don't do the tasks nor do I have any referrals, so I am left all alone to do it myself. Well, good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I do like this site a lot. In some ways I am glad for the simplicity of it. I can see why it could get boring for some people but it is just the right speed for me. I wish it did pay a little more. It would help me to justify to my family why I need to be on the computer so much.
