Hello,my lotters,have you ever experienced such things when you come to a company as a fresher,your colleagues treat you "specially"? Such as they have a dine together but didn't invite you;someone get married and hand out candy to everyone expect you.If this happened to you,how did you feel? I felt upset and couldn't understand.

Yes I had. Haha! I was a newbie then, and still trying to fit in...and I was so afraid to mingle with them, maybe because I cannot jive with them, and I just don't know what they've been discussing about..or sometimes I eat alone in one corner, and I go home all by myslef. I think it's normal for some people to feel that way..there's always a superiority complex - wherein some people believe that they are more inferior than the others. But after a couple of weeks, I got to know them better and I felt like I became a member of the team. hahaha!
