how to get new templates to our blogs....?

Still i didn't understand how to get new templates to our blog. I am going to download templates from zenplate.blogpsot.com and i am downloading that and i can't understand how to insert it to my blog tell me if any one knows ..i am confusing.. i like to put good themes to my blog and it seems to be very nice ...i am very interesting to design and show my blog as attractive ...my blog is www.cashginger.blogspot.com visit this all.
