Would a good book influence your life?

Reading stories can be interesting. There were many story writers out there, and we choose what we like to read. Through libraries, Barnes and Nobles, Border etc.... It is always possible to access millions of books each year. Would a great story will likely to influence you? To see things differently; and to open your eyes to see things in different perspective. I had read some great books, and they bring to me to see people differently from different world.

A lot of books have influenced my life. Dune (the entire series, really) was one of them.

I love reading. books are my best companion. i love to read books that generates ideas and help to improve my character. i am not a member of any library, but i do have a good collection of books - paper backs and eBooks. i don't get carried away with the ideas of books, but i use it to blend with my own or to improve my present ideas. for many a good book can change their life for ever.
