What relaxing techniques do you consider the best in life?

Sorts of people I can find in my hospital suffering from various ailments due to hectic life style, no time and high BP or diabetes. Safe is none, but a relaxed lifestyle is what every one of us wants, a peace and calm, so that we can think and find some relaxation in life. I turn to yoga often and meditate in morn and eve for some time say 20 mins!

I find that meditation or spending time outdoors with nature relaxes me. So does listening to soft music, sketching or painting, and writing in a journal. An easy walk is also relaxing. I believe these methods to relieve stress have led me to living a calmer life and having a more positive outlook. It also helps me resolve problems more quickly. Good topic! Karen

I use to use yoga for five minutes and do the excerise and the best part is i try to remain in silence and not much talk, thus gives me some relaxation, but not much. i keen to be in silence because its itself is meditation, if i am not wrong.
