On a Diet, what will you miss ?

if you are on a diet which food will you miss the most? i miss my cakes the most. i have not eaten cakes since more than two years now. the last i tasted was on my baby's first birthday. it was fresh pineappple. i tasted becasue it was my baby's first birthday. i gained weight after pregnancy and since then i am on diet. please share what are your cravings and what will you miss in your plate? how do you deal with your cravings also.

Mine would be a Regular Coke. There was a time when I couldn't eat lunch or dinner without a glass or a can of Coke. And even when I'm at the Cinemas, I should have a can together with my Nachos. I also should have a Coke when I'm having pizza. It's just too addicting. Things changed big time when I decided that I will be doing this new kind of lifestyle. Two months ago, I went back to the gym and changed my eating habits. The first two weeks were the hardest, but eventually, I have gotten used to this new kind of lifestyle. I absolutely stayed away from Coke. Sometimes, I crave for it especially when I am watching TV and I see how good it looks in TVCs - major torture! I avoid it by merely reminding myself how much calories there are in a can of Coke. That's enough motivation for me.

thanks dear frieind. i also dont take any coke or any carbonated drinks anymore now. i have totally stopped them. i hav stopped eating pizzas also. and cut on my ice creams. it effects a lot , i tell you but it is difficult also thats sure. i love ice creams a cakes but now i am in a habbit of neglecting it when i am passing their street. i dont eat any fried and no munching also in front of the television. thats is unnecessary gainiing weight and extra calories.

You're right, it really is not easy, but I say you're doing a wonderful job staying away from Carbonated Drinks and Pizza. Usually, the hardest amongst hardest is when you're starting your diet, but eventually, you'll get used to it. I think you can sometimes treat yourself to an ice cream cake, say once or twice a month, but you have to eat it with someone and just have a few bites - two or three max.

hi russo, my dear friend, i really found it hard to stop eating ice creams and coke. but now i am used to it. i sometimes eat ice creams and i mostly take vanilla and chocolate flavour. i like the swirl and the softy too. but i dont take the whole thing. i take maximum two or three bites. not more than that. rest my hubby and baby finishes off, lol. they also love it. but i dont even touch cold drinks. i dont even like touching them. i dont even crave for them. but i really feel the urge of ice creams and cakes s i take a bite or so once in a blue moon :)
