***Last survivor of the titanic disaster died*** / myLot

I do not feel quite well at the moment since the last survivor of the titanic disaster died. I do not know why though but I just do not feel well. Millvina Dean was two months old when she travelled with the titanic to emigrate to the USA. She died at the age of 97. What emotions do you feel when you hear this or doesn't it affect you?

I saw the story on Yahoo news. She was actually 2 years old when she was on the Titanic. Even then though, I can't imagine she would remember much about it. It is sad, but she lived to be very old! That is great.

There is no reason to be sad really. Yes, we have lost the last person who could possibly have given us a first hand account of the Titanic incident. The thing is, she probably didn't even remember it as two months old is far too young to form permanent memories. She lived a long full life, I'm sure, but it was her time to go.
