salt substitute

iam trying to reduce my salt in foods.can u suggest me which is best substitute for cooking and baking?

In some of my food I use fish sauce as a substitute to salt but dont know if its healthy or not. I dont know much about what can they do in our body.

iam a vegetarian.i dont think i can use fish sauce but may be some other sauce.thank u so much.

I highly recommend switching to Sea Salt ;)...I use it in everything I make ;)

depends what you are making I use a lot of black pepper in very savoury dishes . Use herbs that you like to add flavour . And sea salt where nothing else will do . I also have to reduce salt intake and its really hard to find a good substitute.. good luck *

I'm not sure if you generally use garlic in your dishes - but I LOVE garlic pepper (not salt).

I'm using organic sea salt, if you have a homestead organic store near buy that you could buy it in bulk its cheaper, I buy my sea salt buy 10 to 10 to 15 pounds. Sea salt doesn't taste like the table salt from the store, it all right we got used to it very fast, the same with the organic demarara sugar.
