Boxing is a great way to loss weight

I got jealous if ever i see nice abs, great body.I am overweight i know more input in eating and less output in doing work.I bit i have to change all of it.I will start to do boxing.First of all i have to condition myself, more jogging and warm ups.I will tell you after 2months if i do losses weight . So ,stay tuned for it.

Many got interested into boxing. Many want to lose weight and many want to be Manny Pacquiao. Boxing is very hard you need to have a resistance to do the training. I think it is not for all who want to lose weight. My advice is find an exercise that it is suitable for your body and for your needs.

You're right i forgot to mention it that it would be much safer if you do what suits you and esp. if you have health problems better go and ask for your physician's advice what activities that would be ok for you.

Hey, i never knoew that boing can help one shed extra pounds! That's great. Then it must be a very good way for anger management also - especailly when you are boxing with a sand sack (i'm sorry i dont know the technical name of this thing) :)

You'd sure lose your gut if you were boxing,but you'd need to be careful with the muscle building as it's denser and weighs more than the fat you'd be losing! Boxing is excellent Cardio and Aerobic Exercise too..If You're overweight or obese to start with,get a checkup from the doctor first to make sure your heart's in good shape for the new workload...

I agreed to you that boxing is good to loss weight.I will start training for boxing too. We will see if it works for me too. See yah
