Hey all if you feel intimidated and are a witness therefore witness intimidation would you go to the police?
got a hour for me to decide.

Yes this dude is crazy, I read your other post and I definitely think you should go to the police. He's pretty much holding you a prisoner in your own home. When your ready to leave, get your shoes on, your car keys, then bolt for the door as quick as you can even by the sounds of this guy I wouldn't want to be near him for long. I hope this fellow gets whats coming for him.

the stupid think is i cant leave cos im under contract but this is my last week living there as next week im going home i cant wait! im currently in the uni library i mean im glad i aint got long left cos i cant keep living like this much longer. Never knowing what he might do.

well that's good you can get out of there. Who knows what he would of stolen or done to you if you'd stayed longer he sounds like a crazy dude.

I would. Because, the people who intimidated you would be of two types:
-people who wouldn't bother to do anything- even kill you.
-people who think you will be scared and they themselves get intimidated by the police.
In either case, a police protection can only be wise.

thanks im goin to go in like 50 mins but you see the person who intimidated me is a house mate and like when im in the house now i get really scared cos i dont know wat he will do so i lock myself in my room. any more advice?

you are a bit late iv already reported it, and no i dont want to reconcile it with him he should think before he says stuff.
