Anybody Have any opinions on the effectiveness of INTRADE?

Anybody have any experience using INTRADE, the current events speculation site that lets you essentially gamble on the outcomes of current events (political, financial) by buying and selling contracts? Is a good idea, or just another sucker's bet? Please give detailed reviews, if you have any experience
