A search button for topics?

Many times I will start a discussion ad once I submit it, I see other related discussios at the bottom, some that address the topic I had just started and if I had known where to find them I would not have started an unnecessary topic. Unless there is something I don't know, wouldn't it be nice to have a search button for topics so we could see what has already been written at a glance before we start a new topic? Do we already have something like that and I overlooked it?

Use the searchbar at the top of the page. Place some words of the topic you are thinking of using and highlight 'discussions'.

Above the searchbar you can see 'mylot', 'discussions', 'tasks', 'blogs' 'photos', messages'.
You must highlight 'discussions' and then start your search.

I use the search feature when I want to see new discussions that I might be interested in. There are so many topics out there that haven't been discussed as much as the money ones have. You might find a discussion that will interest you. I would try it out and see what you come up with. Well good lick to you and happy mylptting.
