losing weight Nope, I"ve never heard of bodyflex before. Can you please explain to me what it is? Humm, I wonder why I'm when I type something out here on the computer my words are dissappearing??? I guess that is a mystery too...... anyhow please tell us more about body flex if you don't mind. Have you friend tried it out before. What about you, have you tried it out yet?
