The last time I ate Rodic's tapsilog was more than a year ago when they had this stalls in the university. I love it! And you know what I love about it, aside from the sweet tapa and generous serving? They actually serve it with vinegar! It's the true Kapampangan style of eating tapa :P Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Oh I see, I definitely love everything about the meal. The vinegar they serve is very special and is just right for the tapa. Well I hope you could eat at Rodic's again sometime soon!

Oh really paulakool17? Me and my friends also loves Rodic's Tapsilog so much! There is Rodic's near our university and every lunch time, me and my friends go there to eat tapsilog (short for tapa or beef, sinangag or fried rice, itlog or egg). Their tapa is somewhat sweet. I think they boil the beef with sugar. And yeah, your right the egg blends with the beef perfectly! Typing this now makes me hungry. Me too, two thumbs up for Rodic's tapsilog!

I do love the rodic's tapsilog. It is one of a kind. By the way, TAPSILOG stands for TAPa -cured/fried beef, SInangag- fried rice itLOG - eggs. What makes the Rodic's tapsilog different is the fact that it is made of flaked beef. It fits best with vinegar.

I couldn't agree more! The vinegar they have there also is one of a kind! The egg is also cooked perfectly together with the tapa and rice. Although they have raised the price, I still love to eat there and definitely recommended. Two thumbs up for Rodic's tapa!
