not allowed to rest in peace

Poor James Hines was not allowed to rest in peace due to the greed of a rather nasty Michael Cave and his funeral home called Cave Funeral Services of Allendale. Certain rumors caused the late Hine's exhumation in 2004, which turned out were true. * Investigators discovered that Cave decided to save a few bucks on the cost of a casket by fitting James Hines to order... * For the cutting off of Hine's legs above the ankle, greedy Michael and Cave Funeral Services were fined just $500 and ordered to pay $1,500 for the investigation. Hine's widow gets a lifetime of grief free of charge. * This is the kind of story that makes you feel all un-fuzzy inside. Thankfully, I wasn't eating when I decided to click on Yahoo News this morning.

I show great sympathy for Mr. James Hines, whose legs were cut short to fit to the coffin. I think that they were supposed to be fined much more than that little amount of money for the loss his legs and for the grief brought to his wife. They must compensate his wife for her mental loss as well. Bless Jame Hines.

I just hope this man is unable to "doctor" anyone else's loved ones. This is disgusting.

It is stories like this one that do make you sick. That is a most awful story and it is scary. When someone goes that person should be able to rest in peace with life being over.

That is one reason why cremation is my choice when I go to 'the other side' but even then the horror stories exist.

I have to agree with you. With all that I have learned and know I believe that when I go I want to be creamated its much more peaceful and no harm can come after time.
