Online friend finder sites

Now we are able to see so many ads regarding on line friend finder sites repeatedly. Do you really care about these sites?Have any of registered with such sites and if yes, what is your experience with that site? I feel these are totally scam network formed to collect the money from members..Is it not?

I've never bothered to register with any site like that.
They just don't seem like sites that you can trust - I'd rather make my friends elsewhere, at a site where I know that I'm not getting scammed.

Yes.They are just scam sites and no can achieve anything from this site by registering with them. But still there are many members to register with them and sure they will loose their money with them.Thanks for your response.
