Stand up comedian

Hard to pick a favourite but some of my favourites are: Michael Mcintyre - a very amusing chap with a great line in some wonderfully observed comedy. Sean Lock - much more cynical and acerbic than you'd think to look at him. Also marvelousley surreal. Russell Howard - can be very funny, some great humour based on growing up in the 80s which if you did, will really hit a chord with you.

Ken Dodd, a British comedian now in his 80's but still going strong. He's so funny, yet he never resorts to foul language as many comedians seem to today. He loves his work so much, his performances always over run by hours. Last time we saw him, we didn't get home until 1am! Jethro, a Cornish comedian, is another big favourite of mine. Both these comedians have wonderful singing voices as well, so they are all round entertainers.
