Yesterday I had an dr appointments. My feets and legs have been swolloed this weekend, so I feelt a dr should have a look and be consulted. He took some tests and now I have to wait for the result this afternoon. Hopefully there is nothing wrong but it could be. However, the ting is I do not have a driver license, so my cheif offered to drive me in. I worked in the morning before. So she did. And if there were no bus home, I should cal her back at the office and she would catch me home to. I could take the bus home and go back to work. But on the way back, I bought some god taste thing for the coffee to say thank you. Would your cheif dot that for you.

that was very kind of your chief to do that for you. anette i really hope nothing is wrong with your feet and legs... that would really cause you trouble since it will be hard for you to work with having swollen feet and legs. i dont know if my chief will do that... so really good for you that she offered to help you with the driving. dont you think its time for you to learn to drive?... lol

Hi, Yes she was very nice to do that for me. About driving licens. I have never consider it, I have never ever before been in use for it. This becouse there have always been local comunications. And there is even now when I live in the country side ten minutes outside our town. However, There is not so often the bus goes, and I wanted to return to work as fast as I could. You know, I have no sickday since I started to work, and I have a goal there, never have one. Having a driver license is for me not economic motivation. It is to expensive and I have other priorities to put my money in... And I can not see my self to really drive those things, I can not see my self to handle those mashines...Me and my kids and one of my sisters who drove were in a car accident, nothing happen though, but it´s still scary...we had an gardien angel with us then..another reason...but the main reason is the money, single mother on one salary can not afford it.

oh yeah... the financial reason... never thought of that... we have a car here, we bought second hand for a little over $1,000 that was 6 years ago, and even though i am hearing impaired i still took a license because i really wanted to learn how to drive, an emergency may happen at least i know how to drive... that is really scary being in a car accident... i sure dont want to experience something like that.

It entirely depends on the relationship you share with your boss/chief.But the human aspect of a person desires such a response irrespective of the hierarchy he/she holds in the office management.

Our cheif is very god cheif. I usually sometimes say she is to kind, having some issues not tell when it is needed. But again, She offered and I got help when needed and that is what a cheif in my mind could use in the long run.
