Tommorrow I'll only eat apples

I am 163cm and now nearly 46kg,but compare to 1 or 2 month ago,I put on much weight.I've known a method to lose weight in 2 days.During the first day,you can only eat apples(7 at most) and never drink water.On the second day, only drink yoghurt(1000 ml at most).When you eat the apple,try to slow down and take small nibbles.Whether it is apples or yoghurt,divide into several servings and beware of the amount. I hope it works well.

Where did you find that weight loss diet? Sounds like you'll regain the weight back as soon as you eat normally. If you do commit to doing something as drastic as this, keep in mind your body will be consuming itself, ie, your muscles too. So if you're trying to just lose 'weight' then yes this will work, however, it won't be straight fat mass as I believe you're alluding to.
