Last time when you went for grocery shopping or when a plumber came in to repair said 'THANK YOU' to him. I have observed many a times that by saying thank you to the people who serve us we befriend those people and they start regarding us well. Not because of our status but by us saying simple thank you to them. Sometimes many of us dont say thank you to shopkeepers, plumbers, sanitrery men or sweepers because we think they are there to serve us and it is their duty to do so. Try saying thank you to them and you will see a whole lot of change. What do u think?

Hi there Chacks! I definitely agree. I always make it a point to say thank you and sorry where it is due. I am kiddingly labeled "thank you and sorry" freak because I have this habit of saying thank you or sorry for my friends whenever they forget to do it.

i always say thank you. am quite a stickler for this as i am a very meticulous customer and though dissatisfaction with the tiniest of things are not blurted out it shows on my face so i make sure i make up for this uncontrollable, natural flaw of mine.
