Oh, I got $2.92 adsense revenue just for one click

I make an extra money from adsense on my site, just now I checked my adsense account, to my surprise, I got a click today, and it earned me $2.92, this is the highest price I've ever got from google adsense, before this, I got a $1.85 for one click, only one time, generally, the unit price for my site is around $0.5 per click. I found that if the click is from USA or Europe, the price will be much higher, if the click is from Vietnam, the price will be much lower, are you making money with google adsense? Wish you can get high paid click every second:-)
