Almost everybody wants to have a good,clean & glowing skin,atleast I love this.I have started this topic so that we could help one another.We all do some or the other thing to be goodlooking.we can share this.I try to drink more & more water a day to have clear skin.I like to eat salad as it is tasty as well as good for the skin.I take oranges in the season.It contains vitamin C and that is very good for skin.There are many more.will share with you later.

My mother always told me you had to start looking after your skin before it needed looking after, and she was right. As soon as I started wearing make up, she impressed on me the need to cleanse, tone and moisturise. She also said never, ever go to bed with make up on, no matter how late it is.
I cleanse off make up with moisturising cleansing wipes - Johnson's Baby Wipes are as good as anything - , and use Clarins gentle wash off cleanser. I don't use a toner - I just splash my face with cold water. I use aloe vera face cream and body lotion. LIDLs is excellent, and much cheaper than most aloe vera products.
I love the sun, but I use a high factor, anti-aging sunscreen and moisturise as soon as I come in. I never use less than Factor 15, and I use Factor 40 on my face. I drink lots of water, and eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. This is easy here in Spain, as we have some wonderful produce markets and it's amazingly cheap. I can buy 3 galia melons for 1 euro, and a kilo of apricots, plums or nectarines is also 1 euro.
I must be doing something right, because I'm 57 next week and everyone says I look at least 10 years younger!

yes you are right.We should realize it at the right time that we should take care of our skin.but I am too lazy in these things.

You can do is to eat more fruit and vegetables, avoid fatty food. clean your face daily and be sure that if you use make up you should wash it with soap and water,drink plenty of water, use facial cleanser and take more vitamin c.

I don't use make -up.I try to drink a lot of water but the problem is I like fatty food.Its my weakness.

Hi there!
I don't think my skin is really good but I try to keep it clear by doing the basic three which is cleanse, tone and moisturize.

Drink a lot of water and eat fruits and veggies. Use moisturizing soaps because it works well and apply a generous amount of lotion all over your body.
Personally I avoid imported lotions because some of them even causes skin darkness so be careful in choosing your lotion. Personally I prefer the Block & White Radiance because it's smooth in the body and the skin absorbs the lotion easily and there's no greasy afterfeel. Avoid greasy lotions because they are the cause of skin darkness. :) Based on my experience also avoid kojic bath soaps because when in sun it can also cause skin darkness. Use pearl soap because it whitens your body and smoothens your skin

I noticed that when i get adequate amount of vitamin c in my diet, it makes my skin so fair and very beautiful. I also tried washing my face with cold milk and it was really relaxing. When i wake up, it really looks good. If you want silky and smooth legs, you need to invest some olive oil , vitamin e oil and/or vaseline. Application of olive oil on legs and other rough areas of the body will make your legs so healthy and so soft. Your boyfriend will love it.

The first have to remember that skin show to us what we eat.How good and health are products what we eat. If in the product are lot of E it is not good. I meant, how often people think about how good is product for body, skin, blood. Important is eat for example vegetables where farmer is grown these without chemistry. Such product are more fresh and smell so good.
