when i was in my younger years..i have my heart broken several times..and being part of my teenage years of course is partying and non stop drinking..every time i had my heart broken i ended with a bottle of beer or brandy or any alcoholic beverages..i temporarily forgot my broken heart for a meantime..but as i wake up but pain is still there and worse my head aches too because of hang over..so i suggest whenever your broken hearted, alcoholic drinks wont help you at all..hehe..lets drink to that!!!

For me I think it can be but just for a moment. You will feel relieve because when you drink you will be more stronger to tell you how you feels. You will unconsciously speak how bad it feels.

Nope, i've done that before and for a while it eases the pain and you tend to forget all the heartaches for a short period of time. When you woke up in the morning all you get is headache and hang over. But still the pain is still there. And its really not a good idea to forget someone. Just have to accept the fact that you are not really meant to be and someone better will come your way.

I agree. Mental truamas cannot be healed just by physical behaviours no matter that you think you've already went so far and let it go. Sometimes the craziness whe have just shows how much it hurts inside. And so does partying around, with which we can pretend that we have people in our company, but it's useless to drive away the solitude.
