how long is your ideal sleeping length and why?

well as you might have guessed i looove sleeping, and i have found out that my ideal sleeping schedule is about 14 hours, cause then i am totally regenerated, and clear in my head, i have also had time to take it easy wakening up a little after a little,
the only negative thing about sleeping 14 hours a day is that you only have 10 hours left for everything else^^

Hi there! Last day, my work was night shift and it ended up at midnight, so I didn't immediately went home. Instead, I slept at the sleeping lounge in our office. When I woke up, it was already 6 in the morning. So that's about 6 hours of sleep.
Then when I got home 7am, I slept once again and woke up 1:30 in the afternoon, so that's about 6 1/2 hours.
All in all, I slept 12 1/2 hours! Haha! That was long enough.

I think you would probably find that you dont need near that amount of sleep if you got enough sleep regularly!
I strive to get between 8 and 9 hours every night. That way I am refreshed each morning. I have enough energy to get through the day. But I still have plenty of hours in the day!
I would rather get a full nights sleep than have a few extra hours. That way I am not grumpy and I can get the same amount of stuff done!

I sleep for a max of 10 hour per day sometimes 5-6 hours. I cannot sleep for more than that. I feel good after a good 10 hour sleep.

Well my normal sleeping hours is exactly 8 hours,get in for bed around 10.30pm than woke up by 6.30 am.

I love sleep too.But now,I need to forget it for a while because i need to make money.I have not get enough sleep for a fews days before untill now.I think my face getting older.My ideal sleeping is sleep for 5-6 hour.I dont like sleep to long,i sscared to miss many thing.I just sleep for 5-6 hours to relax my body and mind.Our body and mind need to relax too like human if not it will get damage.Thank you.


It really feels great and refreshed if you have enough sleep...
