There is a difference between Pansit Luglug and Palabok even though they have the same appearance and taste. Palabok uses rounded noodles while Pansit Luglug uses smaller and fine noodles for it.

we call the palabok here in luzon pansit luglug in davao city... that is one of my favorite food there... i love davao city's pansit luglug. when i came to manila and saw pansit palabok, i thought it was another pansit dish, but when i tasted it, it was just the same as our pansit luglug in davao city... but i think ours taste better
