With you only getting 300.00 I don't see how you can take care of them,it is way to low. Clothes and things are to exspensive,so for the amount you receive you can not hardly give them that. I think you should ask for more child support.Good Luck!

I don't know about other states but down in ALABAMA I went to court with a woman and she got $300 per child and she had 2 children and the husband didn't work a high paying job. she was a friend of mine. but the minimum in ALA. is $300 per child per month. but if they make more then the woman gets more. they base it on income before bills.

$75 a week is not much for 2 kids, but it is based on how much you make and how much you ex makes (as well as a handful of other factors). You can take it to court and see if you can get it change, but if the increase is more than the chart for the schedule allows you will have to have a good reason for it.

Well at least your getting something theirs alot of people who don't get any child support. Where I live if child support isn't paid they will be put in jail. I beleive thats not alot of money to be giving but how much does he make a month thats usually what they go by.

Depend on your situation. Do you work? Do you have the kids 50% of the time? 75% of the time? Full-time?

Unfortunately those who need the money the most get the least. But his is most often due to the finacial earnings of the parents. It makes me sick to see women who get sums like 5,000 + a month so they can continue to live a lifestyle they didn't earn in the first place.
