Help Me Sign Up for MyLife.com

I tried to sign up for MyLife.com affiliate program but it is compulsory to give a tax ID.But, since I do not live in the US I do not have any tax ID. And when I tried to contact them, I couldn't find any contact information. Is anyone out there who has delt with this site? Can you please help me?
