How to increase your page views at bukisa

Ok, I have figured it out how the site works. I know about the page views and pay rate for the same for bukisa. Also i saw a discussion on mylot about a person being paid from bukisa every month. i am there for 6 months and have about 85 articles now and i reached11 usd last month.Still waiting for payments!
What i am interested in is "Has any member any idea of how to increase your page views for all articles. Of cuorse there is little use of promoting your link but you can do that for referrals. But what about your articles?

i just joined bukisa two days ago.the person who referred me tells that if you have many friends you can easily get pageviews.more friends there can fetch you better pageviews.
so i started a discussion but i wasn't able to publish it as it was asking for catagory field.i searched for the catagory selection for about 1/2 hour but still i dont know about that.can you please tell me how to publish content.

The category field is on the right side of the title. See it is isolated on right side and so one finds it difficult to find that thing. I hope you can find it now.!
