I am really good in managing them even though we have unlimited place to save mails in out mail box but still I am deleting the unwanted mails.
I am also managing different mails from different services into different folders.
i have almost 10-14 folders and whenever I receive any e-mail from them I am reading it and then drop it in the respective folder, so that I can easily find it in the future if required.
I don't want too many mails in my inbox so I just keep moving them to there respective folders.
Do you do the same thing or something else to manage?

You are a busy person as far as emails are concerned, aren't you?
For me I don't get many emails except from myLot. I use four email ids and I don't usually get more than 4 emails in a day. Averaging 1 email per account which makes my job a little easier. If I am online everyday, I always check my email address and delete all unwanted ones. I even clear my spam folder every day!

I have an e-mail address that if i do not check for one day will be hard for me to read all. It a kind of subscription newsletter from the site that i received daily.
I keep on deleting mails that i do not want to keep.
I have 7 folders in my yahoo email, and i move some mails in the respective folders without reading it.
The rest is deleted.
