leave or stay in big city?

work in a big city as a common white collar with low salary. The house price is surgingly rising. we can not afford it even after work mang years. how to face the problem ? maybe we do not care it when we are young. but how we do when we are old?

Living in a big city gets you more exposure to the world and you can enjoy new things immediately they are introduced.If you can afford then continue being in a city.For the future,you can plan now itself for a house in a nearby town and invest for it.After retired life,you can settle there and live comfortably.Even a choice for a village is appreciated.Cheers!

funny, i had this discussion with my hubby the other day. i grew up in a small town and the draw is still there. i found a small town that i really like and would love to move there. the house prices would be so cheap! we live in a large city and while things are easy to get to, i still love a small town.
