pls do not worry that you go to doctor quite often due to anxiety. I have gone through in a health related book that garlic plays a vital role in keeping the blood pressure under control and therey keeps your heart healthy

Anxiety can make you feel breathless and dizzy regardless of the state of your heart, so on the one hand there is no need to worry about your heart, but on the other hand you may need to do something about your anxiety. I wouldn't want to suggest medication, so maybe some relaxation techniques would help - no good asking me because I am the world's worst at relaxing... In a way you may want to find a physical reason for your dizziness etc.. so that it can just be cured - but anxiety itself can manifest itself in this way and because of it's nature, it kind of sustains itself.. So it's up to you to break the cycle, whether you choose counselling, relaxation techniques or medication is up to you, but I would never choose medication unless things were very severe because it can only adjust the symptoms, medication can't take away the cause of your anxiety. Is there a particular scenario in which your anxiety comes out? or is it just random? If you can 'work' on the things that trigger anxiety, you can probably overcome it easily even if you may need a little help along the way.

It's so easy to let yourself slip into the habit of worry, Find other things to set your mind on, there are several ways to reduce stress, Yoga is what I use. The amount of bad health suggestions that we are exposed to can easily make us worry way to much. Try to get plenty of exercise and eat well. Focus on your family and what you can do to make your world better and you will be to occupied to dwell on your worry and stress. Blessings

well i think if you did have a heart problem the doctors would have told you. Also i think it would show up by your puls rate and the ecg wouldnt look normal. With you being short of breath it could be as a result of you having panic attacks if you get them, being dizzy could be if your worrying too much or not drinking enough. If you really are worried i would suggest that you explain to your doctor that you need reassuring as your worried.

Maybe all the axiety is the source to your heart problems. If you over worry or stress things that's what makes our bodies feel the worse. Stress is one of the highest know factors of health and heart problems. Try de-stressing yourself by distracting your thoughts and axieties with hobbies and doing activities.
