Are You Excited About "My Sister's Keeper" as a Movie?

I rarely go see movies, but I think I will have to go see this one! I can hardly wait for it to come out. I read this book quite awhile back and it was one of the best books I've read in a long time. I can't say if the paperback would be easy to read because it keeps going back and forth to different characters. But the audiobook version was simply fantastic! When I saw other books from Jodi Picoult being turned into LifeTime movies I had wondered why not this one. And now I guess I have my answer, it had to be made into an even better movie!

I didn't realise this was being made into a film! I shall have to keep my eye out for it coming out on this side of the pond! x

I just found out about it and posted right away. :) I'm so excited about it. I hope it comes out quickly over there as well! Here it is supposed to be playing at the end of this month.

i read the reviews of this movie and it sounds quite good but my husband is afraid to go see it because we have two daughters (ages 12 and 16) so i may just wait til the movie comes out on dvd a rent it then.

Usually I wait for movies to come to cable TV so that I don't even have to rent them. But I think this one I will actually go to see it right away. I'm not certain about the movie since it says rated PG13, but the book would have been appropriate for a 12 year old probably. I can't remember anything in there that was worse than what's on the news.
