Royal Pains

USA premiered it's new show Royal Pains tonight (it has 10 minutes left) When I saw the previews I wasn't sure how I felt about it, but i have to say that so far I am impressed. It is certianly a different take on the dr. genre. I think it is going to be interesting and it may be a show I watch regularly. Did anyone else watch it? What did you think?
